I contacted Closet and Storage Concepts and within a few hours they agreed to come and do the repairs. The other company was going to pay for the work.
This company is absolutely the best–they even added some additional shelves and no cost to be added to work order. The material they used is made in USA.. Robert, the installer, was prompt and professional.
